Heat-resistant wheels of the DITHERM MTW series

Today there are a huge number of manufacturers of trolley wheels in the world. Among them many offer high quality heat resistant wheels for ovens. However, the clear leader and specialist in the production of heat resistant wheels is the Italian company DC Candia.

Today we are going to look at the DITHERM MTW wheel series. This is a unique development of DC Candia's series of thermal wheels which resemble the well-known phenol or thermoplastic resin, but are in fact made from the environmentally friendly material DITHERM, because due to regulations that came into effect in May 2011, phenol is not used in the production of heat resistant wheels by DC Candia.

The ball bearing sleeves are another special feature of the MTW series and so far the SNB supplies wheels with a plain sleeve as well as with a self-lubricating sleeve, which does not require any heat-resistant paste, and ball bearing wheels are also available.
