When does a hydraulic trolley come in handy?

The main advantage of polyamide is immunity to most aggressive hydrocarbon-based chemicals (oils, oil products) and inorganic substances (acids, alkalis and solvents). Nylon wheels and castors perfectly cope with physical exertion, but can not boast the softness of movement and is not recommended for use on uneven surfaces. Thus, nylon casters and wheels for hydraulic trolleys are recommended for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries

Polyurethane rollers

Polyurethane casters and wheels on the rollers are the most in-demand as they have universal properties:

- soft and smooth running, without excessive vibration or noise;

- resistant to aggressive working environment (it easily tolerates contact with different types of oil products and salt solutions);

- Durability and resistance to abrasion, several times higher than that of analogues;

- does not stain the floor covering;

- ability to withstand high loads (up to 800 kg and more), which is advantageously used in the construction of stackers.

Rubberized steering wheels

Most often fitted on hydraulic trolleys designed for use on rough uneven surfaces. Rubber is applied to a light aluminium alloy rim (or cast iron rim) by vulcanization. Advantages of rubber wheels are soft and noiseless movement, the ability to smooth uneven floors, do not slip on tiles, have a wide operating temperature range (from -60 ° C to +80 ° C), but have high rolling resistance, rapid wear in an aggressive environment, and can stain a light floor covering. Rollers for rollers in rubberized version are not manufactured due to low wear resistance.
