Wheels aluminium/polyurethane series 44
Wheel: The wheel base is made of aluminium. Yellow polyurethane contact layer. Wheel hardness 91 Shore A. Two precision ball bearings are fitted in the wheel.
Wheel diameters: 80 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm
Load capacity: 200-1000 kg
STANDART bracket: Pressed sheet steel, zinc-plated and chrome-plated, double-row ball bearing in swivel unit. The bearing is protected by a plastic dust cap. Wheel axle with bolt. The brake mechanism, mounted on brackets, locks the swivel unit and at the same time locks the wheel rotation. All brake system components are made of metal.
LARGE bracket: Medium reinforced thick-walled, pressed sheet steel. The steel thickness of the swivel fork is 4 mm and the fixing platform is 6 mm. Bracket is galvanized. The swivel has a sealed, double-row ball bearing with hardened liners and hardened balls in the swivel unit. The bearings of the swivel unit are bolted with a steel bolt and secured with a nut. The wheel axle is bolted.
EXTRA LARGE bracket: Reinforced bracket
Operating characteristics: The 44 series aluminium/polyurethane wheels ("Standard", "Large", "Extra Large") are used on even surfaces. They are used on tile, concrete and poured floors. The contact layer is resistant to some petroleum products, mineral oils and weak acids. The wheel has high load capacity and wear resistance. The wheels have good shock-absorbing and anti-vibration properties and are gentle to the floor surface. Series "44" is widely spread among manufacturers and consumers of different technological equipment. Wheels of the "44" series are used in chemical, food, light industry and automotive. On various laboratory, construction equipment, as well as equipment for processing and transportation of glass.
